Express Capital Funding is a loan connection service, not a lender, and this page states plainly how the service is paid, what that does and does not affect, and what every visitor should understand before relying on anything this site says.
Our Business Model, Stated Plainly
Express Capital Funding operates https://expresscapitalsfunding.com as a free service to borrowers. We are compensated by the licensed lenders in our network when connections occur, a standard arrangement in loan marketplaces, and that compensation is the site's revenue. Borrowers never pay us anything: no application fees, no connection fees, no membership costs. Because lenders compensate us, this site constitutes an advertisement under applicable marketing rules, and you should treat it as one: informative by intention, but commercial by nature.
Not a Lender, Not an Agent
We do not make credit decisions, underwrite requests, set rates or fees, fund loans, or service repayment. Every credit decision belongs to the lender that reviews your request; every term of your loan comes from that lender's written offer; and your agreement is with that lender alone. We are not your financial advisor, and nothing on this site is individualized financial, legal, or tax advice, our guides describe the market in general terms, and decisions about your money deserve a qualified professional who knows your situation.
What Compensation Does and Does Not Affect
Compensation determines which lenders participate in the network, participating lenders are, by definition, companies we have commercial arrangements with, and non-participating lenders do not appear in matching. Compensation does not set your price: each lender's offer reflects its own underwriting of your profile, and we have no ability to alter the APR, fees, or terms any lender presents. The lender comparison page profiles fourteen companies, most of which do not participate in our network and none of which paid for placement there; it exists for context, not commerce.
Rates, Examples, and Estimates
APR ranges cited on this site, commonly about 6% to 36%, describe the network broadly; your figure comes only from a lender's written offer. Worked examples and calculator outputs are estimates for illustration, marked as such wherever they appear, and are not offers of credit. Review figures on the review page reflect published customer submissions as described there. Loan availability, amounts, and terms vary by state law, and no approval is ever guaranteed for any applicant.
Questions About This Disclosure
Transparency questions get direct answers: write to [email protected] or use the contact page. This disclosure is reviewed alongside the site's privacy policy and terms of use, and where any page of this site conflicts with a lender's written agreement, the agreement governs.
